Pump seal is made with high grade stainless steel, carbon graphite plastic and Viton rubber that are resistant to damage from salt water pools and spas and for systems that are using ozone. Both salt and ozone can degrade Buna rubber and other less grade rubbers. PS-3868 replaces any 3/4″” shaft size 201 seal – used on many pumps by Pentair, PacFab, American Products, Jacuzzi, Marlow and Hayward. Anywhere a #201 seal is used, the PS-3868 heavy duty salt/ozone service seal can be used.
